Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years post-graduation. Final-year students completing their degree are also eligible.
Skills
Strong willingness to learn, problem-solve, and collaborate. Basic computer proficiency required.
Language
Proficiency in Somali is required. English language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
Availability
Must be available for a minimum of 4 days per week (hybrid on-site and remote).
